Leather Up has a production capacity of 20,000 pieces of Leather Garments and over 35,000 Ladies Bags on the basis of one shift of eight hours per day and 330 days annually. The capacity can also be expanded to 30,000 pieces of leather garments and over 50,000 ladies bags within four to six weeks depending on the clients need.
We have with us the latest production facilities that allow us to maintain international quality standards in our product range. In our manufacturing unit, we have installed locally procured machines and equipment consisting of Singer Industrial Sewing Machines, finishing and polishing tool and other manufacturing equipment needed to meet the bulk requirement of production. In addition the company has installed a standby in-house power generator to provide uninterrupted power supply to complete export commitment in an effective and timely manner. Leather Up is currently exporting 100% of its production.
