Mr. Khalid H. Shah is a graduate in Electrical Engineering from NED University, Karachi. Mr. Shah carries over 26 years of experience in business, especially marketing and also having good eye in manufacturing and finance. Mr. Shah is a founder director and associated with the Company since its inception in 1990 and is continuing as Chief Executive Officer since 1996. Mr. Shah also having extensive knowledge in all type of leather garments, bags and its allied products.
Ms. Mahmooda Shah is associated with the Company since 2015. She is a graduate in Arts and having good experience in designing of garments and bags, she took also active participation in meetings of Board of Directors and also a member of the Board Audit Committee and Human Resource Committee. She is also a certified Director from Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance.
Mr. Jazim Shah is a young guy having energy to do unique in the field of leather industry. After passing his “A’ level, despite busy schedule with the company, he is doing his graduation in Law from reputed University of Karachi. He is associated with the Company since 2015. She took active participation in meetings of Board of Directors. Mr. Shah is a member of the Board Audit Committee. He is also a certified Director from Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance.
Mr. Farooq Raza, a commerce graduate and having good experience in the field of leather garments and its allied products. He is also a pattern maker and good quality controller. He is associated with the Company since 2015.
Mr. Ali Kausar Khan has graduated in Science and having 10 years experience in the field of leather. Mr. Khan is also Chairman of the Board Human Resource Committee. He is associated with the Company since 2012.
Mr. S. Faisal Shah has vast experience in the field of dairy farming and agriculture. He is commerce graduate and associated with the Company since 2009. He is good look of leather tanning from pickle to finish. He is member of the Board Human Resource Committee. He is associated with the Company since 2011.
Mr. Mohsin Khurshid is a graduate and having vast experience in the field of business. He is associated with the Company since 2016. Mr. Mohsin Khurshid is also Chairman of the Board Audit Committee. He is also a certified Director from Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance.
